Really good. These were popular with everyone here. Made just as written -maybe a little more banana, except I added toasted chopped pecans. Next time I think I wont bother unless I toast the nuts more than I did. They seemed a bit soft and detracted from the pancakes. Thanks very much for this recipe.

Very good, fluffy pancakes! Be sure to pay attention to the time to cook each side. These take a little longer than plain pancakes.

Delicious! Made exactly as written. Didn't have orange zest on hand, so I didn't use it. Thanks for sharing the recipe.

Really good flavor. I didn't have any orange zest, so I added 1/4 t of orange extract, but that wasn't enough to flavor it. I also added some chopped walnuts. Next time I might try increasing the baking powder, to see if it could make them even fluffier.

What a tasty treat on a cold winter morning. I too was lazy and omitted the orange zest, but I replaced it with 1/2 tsp vanilla extract. Mmmmmmmmmmmm

My family loved these easy to make pancakes. I did not have any buttermilk, so I soured some milk instead. My entire family loved these pancakes. Thanks for the recipe.

Loved the lightness, the fluffiness, the great blend of flavours and that these were SO easy to make! And - as a lover of citrus flavourings - I totally agree with several earlier reviewers: on no account leave out the orange zest. We enjoyed these with fresh raspberries and creamy Greek yoghurt. YUM! Thanks for sharing this recipe, KITTENCAL!

The only change I made was to use oil instead of butter. And I omitted the orange zest cause I was lazy LOL The taste is so good. Thanks Kit. Made for Kittencal Cookathon.

Wow! Kitten another excellant recipe. I loved these pancakes, they were simply wonderful, very quick and easy to make, fluffy, light and full of flavor. I really loved the addition of the orange zest, it really complimented the banana and buttermilk. Thanks so much for sharing another winner...Kato

Soooo delicious! I put orange zest in my French Toast batter; NOW I in pancakes as well. Zippy! The banana flavor really pops these pancakes. Thanks for posting, Kitz. Caroline

Kitten, my kids want to give you 30 stars (10 apiece!), but I told them we have to limit it to 5. Delicious, fluffy pancakes. I know the orange zest is listed as an optional ingredient, but I think it is critical and would not dream of leaving it out! Sunday breakfast on Mom's Day was great, thanks to you.
