I really enjoyed these! I did not have soymilk so I did substitute organic 2% milk with good results. (I am not vegan but was looking for something healthy and using wheat germ). Passed the real taste test around here- my husband and 2 kids both liked them too! Oh yes- I added 1/2 cup of raisins just to give them a little something extra.
very good! we didn't have any wheat germ so I used oat bran and they came out very mosit. We even added vegan chocolate chips to half of the batch. We choose to make mini bite size muffins and it made about 30. Thanks for posting.
Oh yum! Just one caveat...if you are using good high quality cinnamon, a little less goes a long way. However, the guys who inhaled them (included a banana hater, sheesh, men) weren't phased by the excess cinnamon one bit. The wheat germ was nice too. These are definitely a daily muffin I can make a lot.
delicious! Used 3 bananas and regular whole wheat flour. I added about 1 cup of dried fruitsm seeds and nuts.
These were good and quite easy to make. I used coconut milk instead of soy and also threw in a handful of fresh blueberries. I might add some walnuts next time around.
