Wonderful unusual drink! Luckily I had black sesame seeds, bought in bulk in China Town in Amsterdam, so I could make this exactly as suggested, and it turned out great. Thanks for posting, I'll make this again! Made for Healthy Choices ABC.

I am rating this a 5 star even tho I didn't do it with black sesame...(just too $$ pricey for me right now, but I could not wait to give this a whirl :)- soooo-I know a good place to get the "regular" seed in bulk for a super bargain & I just made my own raw tahini & went from there...used cashews and a bit of excellent local raw honey to supplement for my less than stellar quality dates -results= a delicious smoothie- a really creamy sweet treat LOVED IT - drank some straight away and stored the rest in the freezer to used with green smoothies for the calcium boost- a nice change from nut milks...thanks for the recipe share...really want to try the black seeds too I know the flavor would be more intense (I'll be back then to revisit this, but in the meanwhile will make it this way again and often) :)-Thanks again rawgoddess.

Good. I didn't make this raw sorry but it was still good with a roasted organic tahini, not black sesame. I used walnuts and decided to use date syrup this time so that it would be creamier with my poor blender. I used halal vanilla paste and spring water.
