I'm another one who included additional blueberries (almost doubling the amount) & then served them with a bit of honey butter! Great flavor & a most satisfying breakfast! A real winner! [Made & reviewed in I Recommend recipe tag]

These are great! I don't usually like blueberries (except in muffins) but these pancakes were not overpowered by blueberries. Served with recipe#341039, powdered sugar, and a few berries on top. Will make these again especially since my DH and oldest DS love blueberries! Made for I Recommend Tag.

I used only all purpose flour. And I though I had frozen blueberries. In fact I had frozen mixed berries. So I tried to pick only the blueberries and blackberries. The pancakes had a great texture and great taste. Thanks ellie :) Made for Newest Zaar tag

These pancakes are outstanding! The whole wheat seemed to add nice texture and flavor, not to mention fiber. We loved the hint of cinnamon and lemon with the blueberries. I doubled the blueberries called for. We like quite a few in our pancakes. Since there were plenty of blueberries in the pancakes themselves, we served them with real maple syrup. I highly recommend this recipe, and I'll be placing it in my "keeper" file to make again.

These pancakes are excellent and are so quick and easy to whip up. I like the fact that it doesn't call for buttermilk which I never seem to have around. I added some chopped walnuts to the batter which I think along with the wheat flour, gives it a great flavor. I will definitely make these again!

These were excellant!!! I too added more berries. It made too much for my husband and I so I froze them. I hope that works out because we thought they were great!

So good you don't even need syrup! Love the texture thanks to the whole-wheat flour. I too doubled the blueberries, and next time I would add just a touch more sugar. Used frozen berries. Came out great! Will definately use this recipe again.
