  • Mix ingredients altogether.
  • Spoon into muffin tins.
  • I use the paper muffin cups to make clean up easier.
  • Bake for 15 minutes at 425 degrees until light brown.

  3. a very moist and yummy muffin! The only thing I did different, was add some vanilla, I can't seem to bake anything with out putting in some vanilla. The taste was excellent! Next time I will add some of my favorite trail mix!!You can do a lot with these excellent muffins!
     
  4. i thought these were really tasty. i used raisin bran because it's all i had, so it had raisins in it too. they were quite good and of course very easy to make. thanks for posting!
     
  5. Excellent recipe. I added some apple juice soaked Craisins with chopped pecans just to make it a bit more decadent - but the recipe stands as one of the best for Bran Muffins on 'zaar, believe me I've made them all-Thanks
