Fun twist on oatmeal! This was very enjoyable, and definitely was very reminiscent of oatmeal cookies with chocolate chips. Thanks for sharing!

Very nice oatmeal! Made it with rolled millet and almond milk and halved the sweetener. I like especially the vanilla in it, which gives it a nice twist. Thanks for sharing! Made for Comfort Cafe Snowqueen's Round 2010.

My mom loved this. I made it for her for breakfast before work and she said it tasted just like a oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.

Everyone who tried this loved it! We have some doubts about whether it's really healthier than the cookies, which would have more sugar but also more protein. However, this is comfort and indulgence food, not health food, and it's delicious with a little twist of michief built in. Made for PickAChef, March 09.

Oh man this is good! The brown sugar and vanilla really do make it taste like a chocolate chip cookie! I also added a sprinkling of chopped pecans. This is a great way to serve oatmeal - loved it - thanks for sharing your recipe! Made for the Comfort Cafe event, January 2009
