Quick and easy using a few basic ingredients. Made a filling lunch with a small side salad. I think I will try toasting the English muffins beforehand, as suggested by a reviewer, for a crispier crust. Thanks for sharing.

I used to eat these as a kid and now I make them for my husband and my 3 year old. They LOVE pepperoni on theirs but ham and pineapple is a favorite of mine! Thanks for the suggestion and I look forward to making mine this way! :)

Very easy but ssooo good! I have made them several times now for lunch and I love them! One suggestion is to toast the English muffin before adding the sauce and toppings. It keeps it from getting mushy. Very tasty!
