Easy to make. Plenty of filling for the middle of the cake and for the top. The batter is thick so it is a little difficult to put the top layer of batter on without disturbing the cinnamon filling below it but I was able to work it out.

I made this as a breakfast treat for my coworkers. It was a HIT! I love old-fashioned coffee cake and this one is very moist and tender. Thank you for sharing Felina. Made for Fall 2009 PAC.
