Not sure what I can add that other reviewers haven't already said but I really enjoyed these eggs. Very cream and I loved the scallions in the eggs for a little surprise crunch every now and then. Thanks Karina A for sharing. Made for I Recommend Tag.

A lovely creamy scrambled egg that the DM and I thoroughly enjoyed. I used a very low fat cream cheese but only one scallion (spring onion as it was a large one) and served with hot buttered wholemeal/wholegrain toast. Thank you Karina A for the recipe and for 4H Mom recommending it in I Recommend Tag Game.

Yummy! I always add cream to my scrambled eggs, so I wasn't sure how it would be to replace the cream with the cream cheese. We were really surprised at the creaminess the cream cheese added to the texture of the eggs...we loved it! The scallions were a nice addition that added to the wonderful flavor of the eggs. I served this topped with salsa. Thank you for sharing this wonderful, easy recipe...it is a keeper. *Made for I Recommend Tag*

This recipe was recommended by 4-H Mom and boy is it good! The cream cheese added a wonderful creaminess to the eggs and the green onions put it over the top. All it needed was a sprinkle of salt & black pepper. Thanks for sharing the recipe. :)

This was awesome. I cut the recipe in half. The cream cheese gave this a creamy texture. I will be making this again.

Lovely easy recipe - I cut the recipe in half to serve one. I used lite garden fresh cream cheese and I was amazed how 1 tbsp enhanced the flavor of the eggs - Definitiely a do again recipe
