Very good baked egg dish, but for our taste it needed some heat so I added in 1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper, I also added in pinch of baking powder for fluffier texture, I see no reason why this could not be baked all in one dish so that is what I did and it worked out well, thanks Pets!

These flat out rocked. Great flavor, moisture and texture. Using the ham like shells worked great.

Lovely Brunch. These are amazing they really puff up. Time is right on-25 minutes I used very thin slices of ham - make sure the ham is not sticking up above the egg mixture or the edges will burn. I added 1/4 tsp splenda to take away any sharpness of the yogurt. Fat free yofurt works! This is a do agaon recipe

This was GREAT!
Wish higher than 5 stars could I rate!
Used cooking spray instead of butter too,
Used lot fat cheese and low fat vanilla yoghurt for extra taste, TRUE!
DEFINATELY make this again!

I diced some leftover ham and placed some hash browns on top of the egg mixture. My family loved it---served with asparagus and drizzled the whole thing with a little hollandaise.

Pets this was awesome. Went right into my favorite zaar recipe cookbook. Made exactly as directed except with the exception of a little extra cheese on top. Great recipe.

I am in the process of putting together a cookbook for 1 or 2 and these will go in it. I used egg substitute instead of the eggs. The yogurt allows the eggs to be light and fluffy. Instead of the cheddar cheese, I used mozzarella along with some fresh snipped chives. I used deli sliced ham and found that by cutting the slice in half and then 2 slits at a diagonal, I was able to line the cups nicely. Thanks for posting.

This was so easy and looked so impressive. I followed another reviewers recommendation and added a 1/2 tsp of baking powder and sprinkled the top with cayenne pepper prior to baking. The only ham I had was left over ham steak so cut into pieces and placed on the bottem prior to pouring in the egg mixture. It baked up lovely and the taste was awesome. I can see using bacon in place of ham sometimes to change up the taste a little. I also took a photo in the ramakin AND turned it out to see what it would be like on a plate, liked it both ways but think I'd leave in the serving dish next time just for one less dish to worry about. Made for Pets R Us cookathon.
