A delicious and nutritious smoothie when you don't have time to sit down to a good breakfast. I must admit it almost looks like a chocolate shake, but don't let that fool you! Thanks so much for sharing this GREAT SMOOTHIE RECIPE! I was a little aprehensive thinking of this as a smoothie, but it is definitely a very, very satisfying breakfast drink! I tripled it to serve some company we had & they all raved about it! Another time I might just use frozen berries & banana & leave out the ice cubes, but for this 1st time, at least, I followed the recipe & had A REALLY GREAT DRINK!
