My son and I enjoyed these for breakfast this morning. I followed the recipe except I used water instead of milk. Really liked the taste of the worcestershire sauce in this.

The technique made the eggs light and fluffy as claimed.

The Worcestershire REALLY made these eggs. I didn't use butter (just sprayed the pan with pam) and added kosher salt, pepper, and parsley flakes. They were delicious eggs!

Nice change from usual. I tried this first by adding the Worcestershire sauce on top. The taste was good but the look was unappealing. The next time I whisked it in with the milk. Still had good flavor and looked more like scrambled eggs. Thanks for an interesting twist to a favorite breakfast.

Good eggs! I really liked this, it was such a great change from the same old scrambled eggs, this will liven up breakfast from time to time, thanks for posting.

Loved it!! I too was leery about splashing Worcestershire over top, so I mixed it in, which I think is more subtle, yet adds an extra dimension. My husband (who LOVES Worcestershire) loved them too, yet couldn't put his finger on was added. He just thought they were enhanced. Sure to be a classic in our house - thanks!

I made these for my mother however I simply added all the ingredients into a pan and continually stirred the whole time (that's usually how I make scrambled eggs). I found the worcestershire sauce very interesting and my mom loved it. Thanks for the recipe!

Very good recipe. Sounded like only slight variations but that's the beauty of it. I've never made scrambled eggs w/o scrambling the eggs and it created a really nice light omelette effect instead of being all crumbly. The Worcestershire sauce added a nice kick too. Always nice to find a tasty and simple recipe--esp one that uses Worcestershire sauce!

Made this for breakfast this morning for the family and as usual it was fabulous. I must admit though that I always use Lea and Perrins worcestershire sauce on any of my eggs as well as my bacon. It must be a Kiwi thing ;) Yum Pixie, thank you for sharing :)

WoW! These are the best scrambled eggs that I have ever had, I believe. I was alittle worried about adding worcestershire sauce but I gotta say, that sure makes the taste ten times better than plain ole scrambled eggs. YUM! I may try adding alittle cheddar cheese next time. Thanks so much for this delicious recipe! Its a keeper! :)

Yes indeed "So simple, so quick, so the best ever!!!". This is the only recipe I use since discovering Perfect Pixie's perfect scrambled eggs. I also add the Worcestershire sauce in while whisking the eggs. These are the Best Ever. The serving size can be multiplied easily. I sometimes add melted cheese sauce & cooked mushrooms over them.Yummy!!!!!

The worcestershire sauce really brought out the egg taste, scrambled eggs really are quite bland without a little addition of something. I mixed the sauce right into the beaten eggs and I would do this again. It gave them some colour, and was quite appealing. Thank you for posting.
