Very easy to make, and I love the fact that you put it together the night before. I couldn't find French bread, so I used Italian bread and left the crust on. The next morning I was treated to a lovely breakfast, and all I had to do was pop it in the oven. Made for Top Favorites of 2009 Tag Game.

I substituted a nutty & dense whole grain bread for the French bread in this recipe, & left the crusts on because we like it that way! Other than that, however, I followed the recipe right on down & we had a really great tasting breakfast! Those who don't use a pure maple syrup, really don't know what they're missing! This is definitely a keeper recipe! [Tagged & made in Please Review My Recipe]

This is delicious!!! Would be great to serve for brunch or when you have out of town guests, but I only made it to serve one this time, as no one in my family likes pecans but I love them!! I loved the crispy outside in contrast the the tender inside. Will definitely be making this again. Thanks for sharing the recipe. Made for stars tag!!!

This was fabulous. I halved the recipe and even then it needed a bit more than 30 mins to cook through. I absolutely loved it though. Thanks!

I made a one person serving for myself. It was so good. I absolutely loved it, the flavor, the textures. It was smooth and silky, you could taste the pecans, maple syrup, vanilla and cream cheese...Oh Yumm. Quick and easy to make, great for company or just to spoil yourself. Definitely a keeper. Thanks so much for sharing Weekend Cooker.

I made this dish for a light supper because DH doesn't like sweet breakfasts. We (including my picky 5 yo) all loved it. I used Splenda, light cream cheese and maple syrup, and egg substitute to make it a little lighter, but it was very good still. Thank you for posting, I will be making this again. Made for I Recommend Tag game.

This was very good. It was easy to put together the night before and made breakfast the next day a breeze. I did have to cook mine longer than the stated time. After 30 minutes, it was not golden brown on top and not set in the middle. So I uncovered it and raised the temp to 375. It looked done to me at that time and it tasted good, but it probably could have been in the oven a little longer. I think next time it would be best for me to bake mine at 375 degrees F for the whole time. But everyone's oven is different. Thanks for sharing!

DS & I thought this tasted good but DD didn't not like it. I did substitute walnuts for the pecans. Made for Newest Zaar Tag
