These were a lovely addition to my Christmas morning breakfast. My DH and I both loved them and so did my grandaughter! Roni

This is the recipe that my Mom made every holiday for bre43akfast. She had it passed down to her, from her Mom that was born in Sweden. Thank you so much for posting this recipe, as this was my favorite from her. But she never wrote down the recipe for me, as it was always um a little of this and a little of that. Can't wait to taste it tomorrow morning.

This was ok....roux based scramblies? I was thinking they would be more like egg gravy but noooooooo....it turned out nice. I used a whisk on the roux & needed to switch to a wooden spoon as soon as the eggs are in because I prefer large curds. The kids weren't thrilled but I found them heartier than 'regular' scrambled eggs & tasty!

I love eggs.... so I just loved this recipe as well! The eggs were moist and creamy. I got a bit impatient when I added the eggs and turned the heat up after about 5 minutes to make them start cooking. I will make these again! Lovely!
