This was exactly what I was looking for! It was healthier than most raising bread recipes that I found, the one from my book called for 6 eggs! The texture that you get from the wheat flour makes for a wonderful texture, without feeling too heavy. And it was the perfect size. I didn't have to worry about adjusting the yeast and flour measurements to get a 2.5 - 3 lb. loaf. Delicious. Thank you!
This was a great raisin bread recipe. Strong raisin sweet taste, liked by all the kids. Clear instructions, will make again and use as bread pudding base. YUMMY!!!
